We understand the pressure to meet strict emission standards while keeping production levels high. Managing labor, maintenance, and operational expenses can be tough.  Focus on delivering products, rather than spending hours maintaining dust collectors or cleaning dirty filters.

BronzeWood ensures your baghouse operates efficiently and contributes to your bottom line. Avoid the risks of downtime and costly fines. Leave the maintenance to us!

Our skilled baghouse maintenance team at BronzeWood identifies the small, often overlooked issues that can affect performance. Whether it’s inspection, troubleshooting, or cleaning, our expert technicians are here to help you optimize your dust collector systems so you can focus on needs to be done.

Filter Changeouts

Replacing filter bags may seem simple, but proper installation requires a certain level of expertise. When bags and cages aren’t fitted or installed correctly, issues can arise in the dust collector’s performance, potentially leading to the early failure of new filter bags. BronzeWood’s technicians handle filter bag and cage replacements constantly, giving us a sharp attention to detail that is often missed by in-house maintenance crews or less experienced service providers. In addition to standard bag and cage changeouts, BronzeWood handles envelope-style and cartridge filter replacements with precision. Our technicians ensure envelope filters are properly sealed to prevent dust bypass, while cartridge changeouts follow a careful process of system depressurization, clean air plenum sealing, and gasket inspection. Whether working on shaker systems, reverse pulse collectors, or pulse-jet baghouses, we apply the same high standard of care to keep your system compliant, efficient, and reliable.

PM Inspections & Filter Leak Detection

BronzeWood offers thorough baghouse preventative maintenance inspections on a flexible schedule—daily to annually—focusing on key components like cleaning systems, air pressure lines, dampers, and wear points on shaker or rotating arms. While daily in-house checks (like pressure drop readings) catch early signs, our in-depth audits help prevent failures, extend equipment life, and support compliance.

When emissions start to increase, leak detection is the most effective method for pinpointing failing filter bags or compartments in a baghouse. Regular leak detection should be a key part of any preventative maintenance plan. By introducing fluorescent dye powder into the filtration system and using ultraviolet (UV) light to identify areas where the dye escapes, BronzeWood’s technicians perform leak testing on filter bags without removing them, reducing the need for lengthy manual inspections and saving valuable time.

Scheduled Routine Service

Scheduled maintenance is highly recommended for keeping baghouses operating at peak efficiency and ensuring compliance with emissions regulations. Regular maintenance prevents the buildup of dust and debris, which can reduce system performance and lead to costly downtimes or equipment failure. However, not all facilities have the resources or expertise to manage a consistent maintenance schedule. BronzeWood provides comprehensive scheduled maintenance services, ensuring that every component of the baghouse system is inspected, cleaned, and optimized on a regular basis to extend its lifespan and prevent unexpected issues.
